How To Place Order

5 Steps to Place Order on AnimeHub

1. Log-in or Register an account

You will need an account to make purchase, Log-in or Register an account

Go to the upper right corner click on the “user” icon

Login or Register an account

2. Search for item you interested and add it to Cart

Looking for figurines that you are interested in our website

Add the item to cart

3. Proceed to Check out

Click on upper right “Shopping bag” icon

Click on “Proceed to Checkout”

4. Check Out

At Check out page, fill in your detail, confirm on the total amount, then use the DuitNow QR Code to pay through TNG / Bank Transfer.

After Transfer, upload your bank-slip and click on “Place Order”

5. Order – Complete

You will receive order update on your email when the item is shipped. System will auto mark as order complete once the item is shipped, however, if you have any issues regarding the delivery / shipping. you may reach out to us any time.

All item will be shipped out before the end of the next working days (Except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday).

Example : If you place the order on Friday, item will be shipped out on Monday.
Example : if you place the order on Tuesday, item will be shipped out on Wednesday.
Example : if you place the order on Tuesday, and Wednesday is Public Holiday, ,item will be shipped out on Thursday.

  • 🚚 RM7 for the first item

  • RM3 for each additional item

📦 Processing Time

All orders will be shipped out before the end of the next working day after payment is confirmed.
This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

📅 Example Scenarios:

  • Order placed on Friday → Shipped out on Monday

  • Order placed on Tuesday → Shipped out on Wednesday

  • Order placed on Tuesday, and Wednesday is a Public Holiday → Shipped out on Thursday

⚠️ How the Discount System Works:

Our system checks your total spending for the month before each order is placed:

-If your monthly total spending is still under RM300, you’ll continue to enjoy 30% off

-Once your total spending for the month exceeds RM300future orders will no longer get the discount

📌 Important Notes:

The discount is applied based on the total order value before placing the order

-Due to system limitations, we cannot split discounts within a single order (e.g., apply discount only on the first RM300 of a RM500 order)

✅ Example Scenarios:

Scenario 1:

-Order 1: RM500 → System sees you haven’t spent anything yet → Even the order exceed RM 300 you still enjoy Full 30% discount applies

-After that, monthly total exceeds RM300 → Order 2 and beyond will not be discounted

Scenario 2:

-Order 1: RM200 → Under RM300 → 30% Discount applies

-Order 2: RM250 → System sees total order before order 2 still under RM300 → 30% Discount applies

-Total spending now RM450 → Future orders will not receive discount

Exchange & Return Policy

🔄 Exchange & Return Policy

We want all our customers to feel confident and satisfied when shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


📦 Unopened Items (Brand New)

All our “unopened” item are brand new and sealed. As such, we do not accept return or exchange requests for minor issues such as:

  • Small scratches
  • Minor paint flaws
  • Uneven joints or factory imperfections

These are considered factory defects and are common in mass-produced items.

We only accept returns for major defects, including:

  • Broken or missing parts
  • Major manufacturing flaws that affect the item’s function or display

📹 Important: Unboxing Video Required

To be eligible for any return or exchange:

  • You must take a full, clear, and unedited video of the unboxing process, starting from the sealed package until the item is fully unwrapped.
  • The defect must be clearly visible in the video upon opening.

⚠️ No unboxing video = No return or exchange will be accepted.


♻️ Grade A Items (Used / Pre-owned)

For all Grade A (used) items, we will:

  • Provide a detailed video of the item before shipping
  • Confirm with you that you accept the condition before we send it out

✅ Once confirmed and shipped, no return or exchange will be accepted for Grade A items.


📦 About Box Condition

📌 Box condition is NOT a valid reason for return or exchange.
We do our best to pack securely, but we cannot control how the courier handles parcels during transit.

All boxes are presumed to be in 70% condition by default, as we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival.

If you require a flawless or collector-grade box, we kindly ask you to reconsider before placing your order.
