🔄 Exchange & Return Policy

We want all our customers to feel confident and satisfied when shopping with us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


📦 Unopened Items (Brand New)

All our “unopened” item are brand new and sealed. As such, we do not accept return or exchange requests for minor issues such as:

  • Small scratches
  • Minor paint flaws
  • Uneven joints or factory imperfections

These are considered factory defects and are common in mass-produced items.

We only accept returns for major defects, including:

  • Broken or missing parts
  • Major manufacturing flaws that affect the item’s function or display

📹 Important: Unboxing Video Required

To be eligible for any return or exchange:

  • You must take a full, clear, and unedited video of the unboxing process, starting from the sealed package until the item is fully unwrapped.
  • The defect must be clearly visible in the video upon opening.

⚠️ No unboxing video = No return or exchange will be accepted.


♻️ Grade A Items (Used / Pre-owned)

For all Grade A (used) items, we will:

  • Provide a detailed video of the item before shipping
  • Confirm with you that you accept the condition before we send it out

✅ Once confirmed and shipped, no return or exchange will be accepted for Grade A items.


📦 About Box Condition

📌 Box condition is NOT a valid reason for return or exchange.
We do our best to pack securely, but we cannot control how the courier handles parcels during transit.

All boxes are presumed to be in 70% condition by default, as we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival.

If you require a flawless or collector-grade box, we kindly ask you to reconsider before placing your order.
